My goal is to leave an engagement session feeling like I am genuinely friends with the couple. We chat, we laugh, we get to know each other, and at the end of it, if we had time and wanted to go grab dinner, that would feel fun and not weird! That is the goal. Well I was just cheating on this one because I already knew Kristian from having mutual friends at Wofford, and I had at least spent some time with Kimberly when I got to photograph their proposal! So we just jumped right in and had a blast!
Also, a note about rain. Sometimes it rains. And if it is this winter….it rains more than *sometimes*. Kristian and Kimberly needed to get their engagement photos in and wanted to avoid rescheduling. When they asked if I knew any indoor options, I knew just the place! I just photographed another couple at Aurora Farms a couple weeks before and knew this place would be perfect. All then clean, crisp, natural light goodness!
Kristian and Kimberly, it was so fun catching up with you two! It just makes me even more excited for the wedding day!!
