Meghan and Jacob’s North Carolina Arboretum Engagement Session

I was curious, so I just looked back to see that I got my first message from Meghan in November 2019. Ah, the pre-pandemic days. Who could have known? Meghan and Jacob booked their wedding shortly thereafter, but then were my first couple to decide to postpone their celebration. They did just what I would have done if I were in that situation–her and Jacob got married and had a quick backyard ceremony, but now, a year later, are finally getting to have the destination celebration they had been dreaming of back in ’19! I am so thrilled for them!

These 2 live in FL, but had planned a trip to the NC mountains this spring and it was the perfect time to finally get their engagement photos in and get to know each other IN PERSON (!!) before their Pretty Place wedding this June. I can hardly wait to do it again, you two!
