Shannon & Web’s Church of the Holy Comforter Sumter, SC Wedding

Two of the best got married on May 7th! Shannon and Web are the new Mr. and Mrs. Brown!!

From the first phone call, I knew I was really going to love hanging out with these two. Then their Charleston engagement session sent me through the ROOF. How was it possible that they were even nicer and more fun than they had already seen. This wedding was one of those where I was really excited for the day, but also a teeny bit sad because that meant after May 7, there would be a little less Shannon and Web in my life. Basically, you guys just have to stay in touch!!

Their Sumter, SC wedding was nothing short of gorgeous. Several times I paused to say something like, “I know we are in Sumter. But look at all this?!?!?! (*gestures wildly*) You’d think we were at a European cathedral!!” There were so many favorite parts of their day, but I will list just a few:

The architecture of the church and this gorgeous tree just stole my heart!
The first looks both with Web and Shannon’s dad had tears in my eyes. It was just so precious and genuine because before those moments were years of little moments of love that built up a beautiful history. Man….tears just thinking about it!
Their wedding was a worship service and shared how central Christ is in each of their lives. It felt so true to who they are.
Each part of their wedding day and each interaction in it, showed how relationships are most important to these two. Everyone felt so cared for by these two–you could just see it on their faces!

Shannon and Web, the world will undoubtedly be better because the two of you are together! God will use you and your marriage in big ways and I can’t wait to watch! Cheers to the Browns!
