God made us all just right, didn’t He? All super different–which is so good. (I mean, not that we don’t also all have things to work on–you know what I mean…) And when He brings two people together and they get married, the way they interact and speak into the world has its own personality too. When I first grabbed coffee with Brian and Kayla back in February, I left that meeting thinking that they had a calm, gentle presence about them that made them so easy to hang out with. I loved that so much and have so enjoyed getting to know these two!
And no surprise here, their wedding day so reflected who they are also. It was sweet, beautiful, and full of laughs! And you could have hardly put in an order for better weather! Some of my favorite moments of their wedding were:
- Their first touch! Everyone was choking back happy tears as they read the letters they had written to each other!
- Kayla’s DRESS!!! Look at those leaf details! I loved how it reminded me of the iconic willow tree at Aurora Farms!
- Their friends in the wedding party had us laughing all day! No surprise here, but your best people are so fun!
- This wedding cake? Serious one of the very best I have ever day. Bravo for CAKE!
Brian and Kayla, the world will be better because you two are together in it! All the very best to you both and be sure to stay in touch. 🙂
