Lawson & Joe’s First Pres and Piedmont Club Wedding, Spartanburg, SC

Mr. and Mrs. Ledbetter, everyone!!

Here we go, 2023! It could NOT have started better than with Lawson and Joe! My goodness…for real can we just take a moment…

They are so in love, so kind, have the best people around them cheering them on, and know how to throw the best celebration. You guys excelled in all the ways!

Some of my favorite parts of their day were:

• First Presbyterian Church Spartanburg and The Piedmont Club really are a match made in heaven, venue wise! First pres is absolutely GORGEOUS inside and out. I could just take photos outside the church every day and be a happy woman! And then you just WALK NEXT DOOR to The Piedmont Club and it is also exquisite in every way and the perfect place to *celebrate*! (Plus Hayes and I had our rehearsal dinner at The Piedmont Club, so it hold a special place in my heart because of that too!) Bravo to some great places!
• It is obvious in these photos– but Lawson and Joe just *light up* with each other. It is as it should be, but the moment they saw each other bucketloads of joy and peace washed over then and stayed the whole day. It was precious to see.
• Lawson and her dad…their first look…the photos show it all.
• THE VEIL! I am predictable, right? I know. But I love a long veil and I just cannot help myself.
• Peep those portraits with some of the first flowers of spring. Love!
• **Talks about a party!!!** I can’t remember when I have had more fun at a reception–it was just fantastic. Everyone had the time of their lives and will not soon forget how great it was celebrating the Ledbetters. And shoutout to Emerald Empire Band who brought the house down!

Lawson and Joe…it was more than an honor. I am so thankful you trusted me to capture the start of your family legacy. What a start it was, and I am confident that it will only get sweeter with time. Hugs to you both!
