Tawney & Adam’s Charleston Wedding at The Citdael Beach Club

Tawny and Adam aka Mr. and Mrs. Alley aka Fiona and Eva’s parents (their precious husky pups)….however you address them…they are MARRIED!!!

Let me say that nothing put a spring in my step back in December like hearing from Tawny about her wedding in Charleston at The Citadel Beach Club! Visions of the beach in December were ooh so welcome, and it did not disappoint! Was the beach wedding beautiful? You betcha! What what *actually* was the most beautiful thing?? Tawny and Adam celebrating their love and watching all their friends and family do the same!

Some of my favorite parts of the day were:

– Tawny being a freaking rockstar! Turns out she broke her toe the week of the wedding and it was….uncomfortable….but she was a CHAMPION and the dance floor never had an inkling that she was a little limpy! You are an inspiration, Tawny!

– Their vows. I need to text Tawny and ask, but I imagine they were memorized because they had no paper in hand, but their vows were spoken so eloquently and authentically….but it seemed like they were just speaking straight from their hearts. They were. And we were all in tears!

– The venue was on the beach and anytime I get to let my toes touch the sand is a win in my book. But you know what likes the sand even more than my toes? My camera–sheesh! Those beach portraits are some of my favorites!

– DANCE PARTY–they did it right and Tawney’s best friend’s husband knows all the moves to “Bye Bye Bye” by NSync and my 90s kid heart rejoiced!
